Payment Methods

We offer you the following payment methods. Simply choose the payment method that is best for you. The shipping costs partly depend on the payment method chosen.

Please note, however, that we can currently only offer payment via credit card, ShopPay or PayPal for our savings plan.

The prices listed in the respective offers represent final prices. They include all price components including any applicable taxes such as VAT. Only in the case of cross-border delivery may additional taxes (e.g. in the case of an intra-community purchase) and/or duties (e.g. customs duties) be payable by you in individual cases, but not to the seller, but to the responsible customs or tax authorities there.

The delivery and shipping costs incurred are not included in the purchase price; they can be accessed via the “Shipping costs” page, are shown separately during the ordering process and are to be borne by you in addition. The invoice will be sent by email.

However, good to know: There are no delivery or shipping costs when sending packages from the savings plan. This will save you even more!

In collaboration with Klarna, we offer the following payment methods: Klarna invoice: To be paid directly to Klarna within 14 days of the invoice date. The invoice will be issued when the goods are dispatched and sent by email. You can find the billing conditions here . Please note that this payment method is not available in Switzerland.

Pay quickly and easily with Shop Pay.

In Austria, simply pay by bank transfer with eps transfer.

Pay quickly and easily online in Belgium with bancontact.

Pay even more securely and quickly with your Paypal account.

Pay quickly and easily with your Apple account.

Pay quickly and easily with your Google account.

When shopping online, simply pay as you normally would. With your online banking data and with maximum security via PIN and TAN. Thanks to real-time transaction confirmation to the shop, your ordered goods can be shipped immediately. Please note that this payment method is not available in Switzerland.

Klarna’s flexible installment purchase allows you to pay your bill at your own pace. You decide every month how much you want to pay. Please note that this payment method is not available in Switzerland.

Klarna payment methods require you to be of legal age.

If you have problems paying with a Klarna payment method (invoice, instant transfer, installment purchase) - for example you are shown the message: “Unfortunately we cannot process this purchase via Klarna. Please select an alternative payment option to complete your order.” – please contact Klarna directly if this appears repeatedly.
